Crystal Reports Cross-tabs

I have a user trying to create a cross-tab in Crystal Reorts. The information across the columns is divided first by person, then by quarter. The rows are procedures.

We would like to have the ability to select one quarter (say Q1-1999) and showthe total number of procedures for Q1, and the OVERALL total for that procedure by person. Make sense? How do I help her?
