csvde

I was unable to use the csvde.exe in Windows 2000 due an error about password complexity, length etc. This problem continued even after the group policies were disabled. (and secedit was used to refresh the policies)

Answers prior to 8am tomorrow would be appreciated as time is running out on this implementation. Thanks.
