Cure For Missing mscoree.dll

I don’t know how it happened but I am missing my mscoree.dll, which works with your .exe files! I found a poor cure for it at www.csharphelp.com, but there are WAY to many holes in their cure. I have browsed my HD & disk & do not find the files they are talking about. I am counting on the excellent help I have always received here in the past!
