Custom App on NT4sp6a vs NT4sp5

We have a In-house developed application written in Delphi5 that connects to our DB2/NT database via ODBC. (We are on a Netware 4.11 network). The app works fine on Dell PC workstations running NT4sp5 (Fat16, 40-bit encryption). However, it does NOT work properly on our new Dell workstations running NT4sp6a (NTFS, 128-bit encryption)! Any suggestions??? We have about 50 of these new Dell’s to deploy and we need help fast!
