Custom Shared Folders in Windows 2000

Hi,

I am have having trouble finding the equivalent to Custom shared folders in NT4 on W2k server. On a NT 4 server in the System Policy Editor there is an entry for setting up a Custom Shared Desktop or Program. In there you put the path to the application you want users to have and when they log in they will see the icons. How is this accomplished in W2K.
