Customize Explorer opening behavior

I’d like to customize Windows Explorer’s behavior so that when I open Explorer (via the icon or a right click on Start button and choosing ‘Explore’), it does NOT expand the C:\ drive by default, it would simply have ‘My Computer’ expanded by default.

I’m assuming this is a registry change of some sort – my searches dredged up Explorer changes, but none similar to what I’m trying to do.
