CWBMSGBX.DLL MESSAGE

When I go from Start>Settings and then click on Control Panel I get a box stating
CWBMSGBX.DLL

CWBNL0202 – CWBMSGB.DLL

message in the middle of the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks.
