Cyberlink Power VCRII fails in configur

The system I am working on for a customer is:
Vesta VMBO-204 socket 370 motherboard, 256mb RAM, 30Mb 3DBlaster Riva TNT2 video out (Creative) card,Onboard Creative 5880 sound, with Sound Blaster PCI128 installed on Operating System=Windows 98SE. HDD= Seagate 30Gb Partitioned into 2 drives, 52 speed CD, Ricoch 8x4x32 CDR-rw. Also installed is a Lifeview TV/Capture car (Model Lr50 Parts70315085785 serial99818346) driver=BT878 and Lifeview Studio EZ installed. System works OK until I install the Cyberlink Power VCRII program, which informs me that the system is incorrectly configured. Try as I may, I cannot setup this program for correct reults. What steps do I need to take to setup this program succesfully
