Data disappearing from print spooler.

I have a client that when she prints a range of pages from one word document, the range goes to the spooler, you can see it in the spooler, and then just disappears. It does not go to the printer, just poof’s into thin air.

Has anyone heard of this before.

We are using 2k as the client, NT 4.0 SP6 for the server, and an HP2100TN Printer. We are printing in the HP’s PS mode.

Any help would be appreciated.
