Data recovery in WIN XP OS

Hi all

I have OS – win XP , 4 Partitions are there c:, d:, e: and f:

Due to some reasons i have formatted c: and re installed my OS, win XP
in C;

all file systems are NTFS, b4 and after formatting

Now i am facing problem that i am unable to open the file which was
there already
in D,E drives in F partition i have mp3 songs that is accessible. If i
open any files it

is saying that “Access is denied or files or encrypted”

I have disabled the compression

Please HELP to recover my data pleaseeeeeeee
