Data replication software

I’m looking for suggestions for software (other than backup exec and arcserve) to use to set up data replication between 2 servers located in 2 different physicallocations. My primary purpose is for disaster recovery to hopefully prevent as little downtime as possible in the event of a disaster. Ideally I would like to have the data replicated after hours while users are off the network.
