Database Developnment, Access.

Need advise: Have a client interested in a tracking database that I created in Microsoft Access for personel use. Wants one simular to it for his business. I’m not in the business of designing databases for the purpose of making a profit but would like to explore this opportunity. What would be the best way to handle this and are there any licencing issues that I should be aware of?
