database question

i have a config file for a set of php pages to query a databse.I somehow have lost the databse setup when i switched over to a site.It was long enough it was not backed up.I’m not a database guru by any stretch but the config file php looks like ithas all the strucutre needed to set it up and have the php script pages work properly.Teh dbase is myphp.
