Date/Time Properties

Well, I just asked how to set it to display in military time (https://www.techrepublic.com/forumqa/thread_detail.jhtml?thread_id=34338) which worked fine. Now, I can’t get it to display seconds! I have it set to HH:mm:ss right now, and the preview says it will display seconds, but hte task bar doesn’t actually do it. It only says “10:49”
