Daylight Savings Time and Windows ME

by calvin.pardue . Updated 25 years ago

I have two Windows ME machines and a Internet Problem buddy that is having problems with the daylight savings time change every time we reboot our machines, since Daylight Savings time took place. We must verify the daylight savings time change, andthe time it shows us is wrong (one hour slow). When we change it to the correct time, the desktop is fine until the next boot. I have taken off the automatic update and the clock will show I hour slow everytime. After research, there are several list of the problem by various techs, but no solution found as of yet. My two machines are a Compaq and the other a Dell, so I don’t think it is brand related. I have two more PC’s running ME and they are fine. It is possible it is Novell Client related. Still researching that possibly. Any help would be appreciated.
