DCOM: Unable to Communicate…

I have a problem and would appreciate any help/advice from someone who may have experience of COM/DCOM objects on NT 4.

If you do, perhaps you would able to shed some light on the following error message being generated by NT

Event ID: 10009
Source: DCOM

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer using any configured protocols.

We are unable to locate much information on this error message from the web, technet or the microsoft web site. If you have any experience of this type of problem please let me know. We have checked all the obvious things but to no avail.

Running NT 4.0 SP4 + NTSE over 10Mbps LAN.
