DDHelp caused GPF, Fatal Exception

When I shut my system down I get the following error.
DDHELP caused a General Protection Fault GDI.EXE at 0002:00000057

Then I get a Fatal Exception OE at 21d7:000004ED

I’ve already tried to upgrade DirectX and all, any ideas as to what to do?
