default profile location

Is it possible to relocate user profiles on one machine only? Here is the situation – we have a number of people who log onto a windows 2000 server remotely to access email etc. The c-drive is only 2 GB so by the time all the basic profile info iswritten on the c-drive, there is no space left. This machine also has a 6 GB d-drive. All the users who are logging into this machine also have workstations and their profiles are local on the c-drive which works great. I am running windows 2000 sp2. Thanks for your help.
