Default user profiles

Is there anyway I can setup a windows 2000 professional computer (NT 4 Domain) so that everyone who logs onto the domain form the workstation, will recieve exactly the same profile. The users must be able to load software, and have all additional users of that workstation have access to the software via desktop shortcuts and program groups.
