Defaults in Word/Windows

Greetings,
Is there a way to change the Font, color and size of text in Word so that when you launch Word your selection comes up as the default?
The normal default is (Size 10/Font Times Roman Numeral/Color Black).

Also, how do you change the size of your screen layout(if possible)…example- my screen view used to be small to medium…Well now everything appears large. Is it possible to change that?
