Defragment problem

When I go to my NT workstation C drive Properties> Tools> Defrag it sends me to my C drive Contents. Now i know i do have a disk defrag program, but i can’t understand what happens that my defrag takes me to my C drive contents. Any Ideas how i can rectify this situation? thanks.
