Delayed Write Failed Errors – disable de

We are using a pcmcia parallel port flash card reader by Filmate on Win2K machines (as well as others). Under Win2k, we’ll receive “delayed write errors” unless we wait an inordinate amount of time after writing to media before we remove the media from the device. I believe that we may be able to cure the problem if I could find a way to disable the caching for this device but the option is greyed out. I have updated the driver for the device.
