Delegate Admin rights on select servers.

Is there any way I can delegate Administrator rights on select servers that happen to be Domain Controllers. A group of people are admins of their own OU and I want to give them the right to administrate their own servers (some are DCs), but I can’t make them memebers of the local Administrators group on the server cause DCs don’t have local groups.

If I give them admin rights, they have admin rights to all the servers in the Domain. There’s got to be a way to restrict them to only thier servers!

Right? Please tell me yes!
