deleting a unregistered dll

Dear Friends,

I’m working in Windows 2k pro sp3 and I had created one dll using Delphi. I registered it using regsvr32 dllname.dll. Then I had to unregister it and I’ve done it using regsvr32 dllname.dll /u. Now I would like to delete it from my folder and I receive the message of sharing violation. How can I delete it without having to restart my computer all the time.
