Deleting Dynamic Drive Overlay

I have a Conner 540MB hard drive that has dynamic drive overlay installed on it. I need to get rid of the dynamic drive overlay to use it on a different system whose biose supports large drives. I don’t want to lose to data on the drive, and I don’t see any feasible way to back it up because it won’t work with other hard drives. Let me know if you can help me.
