Deleting Print Jobs

I periodically run into “stuck” print jobs that refuse to be deleted. The status says that it’s deleting, though nothing happens. In local printer situations, I can easily reboot the machine. In a current circumstance, the printer is accessed through Citrix and Terminal Services on Win2k. The only way I have been able to remedy the issue is to take everyone off the network and reboot the Win2k server. Is there a trick to deleting these stubborn print jobs without rebooting?
