Dell 24x CD-ROM Drivers Needed

I need drivers for the removable CD-ROM drive included with the Dell Latitude C600 series laptop.

Label on drive shows that it’s a Dell 24x model, no cobrand type markings anywhere. Marked LBL PIN 5044D AO2, REV 400. Serial number is CN-03R093-4832T29D-6691.

Doesn’t seem to be listed on Dell’s support site, by itself or under the specific Latitude C600 pages.
