Dell DRAC II Cards/AMI MegaRAC 780 Cards

I am in the process of implementing enterprise wide many DRAC II cards in our DELL PowerEdge Servers. Are there any whitepapers or “Best Practises” Documents available for these cards? In addition, how has your experience been with these cards?
