Dell GX 240

Has anyone encountered Dell GX240 problems running W2K where the pc will constantly reboot after it gets to splash screen, or will hang after getting to the splash screen and never get to the desktop? We thought this was a fluke until 4 pc’s, same model, same configuration, started experiencing this problem within days of shipment from Dell? Thank you for any assistance.
