DELL GX1 BIOS above A10 & not GX_A20

Does anyone have a good BIOS update for a DELL GX1 above A10 that will permit XP Pro to shutdown & poer off the system. I went to the DELL downloads & only got GX1_A10. When I went to the downloads page for the specific unit, they give GX_A20. Problem is that u get install errors with it. I tried using it under win98 & had te issue. I tried it under XP & had the issue. can anyone help?
