Dell Poweredge 700 fails to boot SBS2003

SBS2003 does not boot. The bios installs succesfully, it sees the rais configuration, then the adaptec scsi card boots and sees the scsi drive and then the ‘strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility’ appears without any error or problem descrition.

We’ve unplugged scsi device, change boot sequence and returned to original settings. tried windows recovery but it said there was nothing to recover. It’s like SBS2003 has vansihed without a trace.

Any ideas??
