dell touchpad moves sometimes

hi good morning i am having a problem with my dell inspiron 15z laptop for about a month now. whenever i press the G and H key the curisor moves backwards and spoil whatever i am typing. this happens sometimes…so the problem goes and comes also the touchpad is moving very sticky or none at all. i even re-installed windows i dont know what else to do. my laptop is faulty and very difficult to use,sometimes upon startup it makes a beeping sound before it boots up. i can hardly even type well right now. i need as much help as i can get.
