dell xps410 raid 0 vista32 bit and vista 64bit on 3rd drive? combine boots?

i have dell xps410 with vista 32bit on raid 0 datagard

could not install vista 64bit with raid plug in to system, so i unpluged the raid, then in stall vista 64bit on 3rd hard drive, botted fine installed drivers fine.
then i shut down pluged in raid was able to boot to the raid fine but if i select from boot menu to boot to 3rd harddrive it reboots after the windows logo, any ideas without deleting my raid?
