Delphi trial period ended

A friend downloaded “some” program. Recently he gets the error message that the Delphi trial period has ended when he tries to access anything fron the start menue or IE in XP. It says that Delphi has denied access.
Any ideas? I have removed all downloaded programs that I can find.
