Deploying appliactions over LAN remotely

Hi, we have a NT domain setup using TCP/IP & NetBEUI for NT Servers, WrkStans & win98/95 systems. I want to install softwares (upgrade NAV etc.) over LAN sitting on a Server (without physically going over to the systems). Any utilities that I can download & use ? What protocols do I add ?
