Deploying NetMeeting to the Desktop

I would like to deploy NetMeeting to the desktops, via a distribution point. The problems I have are:-

1. Configuring NetMeeting so that it automatically installs to the WNT4 Desktop without the logged in user requiring Admin Rights.

2. Have NetMeeting installed correctly with only Desktop Sharing Automatically selected and up and running, without the users having the ability to make changes to the installation or settings?

Has there ever been done before?
I would use VNC but this doesn’t handle itself too well, and NM is a lot more secure when NT Security is used!?! On a seperate note does anyone know if VNC can handle NT security, and how to go about it?
