Desktop marking software!

Does anybody know where on the net I can find some software that I can install so that when I do a presentation by projection I can use the mouse as a marker and actually draw on the screen? The mouse acts just like a magic marker so that i can drawa circle around a point of interest and maybe an arrow up to it. I used to have it on a mac so I am sure that it must be available on a PC as well.
