device manager error: smartV92 data fax modem with smartcp

just a few days ago, I started getting an error in the device manager under modems: see above.

I don’t know how this happened, but I use DSL and I don’t have a fax machine.

I’ve tried to update/uninstall etc…but it keeps coming back as an error.

What can I do to fix this problem?
