Device “ULTRA DMA MODE-2, S.M.A.R.T.”

Everytime I start my computer this comes up on my screen. It says I have deleted a device that could be necessary for some programs, but I can continue anyway if I hit any key. It then goes ahead and completely loads my Windows programs and all other programs. I would like to get this fixed. It also says to delete the program device and re-install it. I don’t know how to do it. Could you help me by downloading to my computer the major sections of windows needed to replace this device? I would certainly appreciate it, I don’t remember deleting it at any time. Thank you for your help.
