DHCP

I am having a DHCP problem. I am running two different IP address Schemes on the same LAN and I need to run DHCP on both Schemes and that each Scheme be sepearated. I have a Windows 2000 Server and I need to know will a Proxy Server between both segements block DHCP transmition. One scheme is 150.208.0.0 and the other is 192.168.1.0. Also will a NAT Server be able to or do I need some other type of software.
PS.
We do not have enough cash to buy a router with two ports or even another routerwith one port.
Also I now that Windows 2000 server come with a RRAS program that can simulate a router with NAT installed will this do the job too.
