DHCP bad-address

Dear sir :

It seems that I just can not have AD , DNS &
DHCP on the same Windows 2000 server machine.AD & DNS work just fine but the DHCP\
service keeps on issuing the same bad-address
message frequently which leads to IP conflict
I have set the DHCP server to automatically
update the DNS server ( my clients are all
2000 pro) , I have also configured the conflict detection attempt to > 0 .
The problem still occurs so please try to advice me on what to do.
Please check if my www.ahu.edu.jo domain is
properly configured.
