DHCP in Win2K

I installed a clean Win2K server on a Win2K Adv Server Eval. copy. I did not copy over it, instead I created it on another partition. I set everything up the same as the Win2k Adv.Eval, but I cannot get my any workstations to pick up the addresseson the new server via DHCP.

Any thoughts?
