DHCP issue?

I have a workstation that will….every now and then………no boot up and give me the following error message:

Client MAC Address PXE E53 (something or another)
No Boot File name received

Then it says erro 1962 no operating system found….if I reboot a couple of times it works fine……..is this a hard drive going out?
