DHCP Logging

Environment: NT 4.0 SP6a servers (1 PDC, 1 BDC), PDC acts as DHCP. Is it possible to see any logs created when a machine tries to obtain an IP address?

I found a KB article that shows how to enable DHCP logging for SP2, not 6. Is this an optionwith SP6? I would like to be able to tell which machines have tried and failed to pull an IP address from the scope.
