DHCP question!

Hi,

I’m working in a NT Server environment, which most of the clients are using DHCP. Recently, I changed some Macintosh clients to static IP addresses. Then, I was very busy, coz some of the IP addresses that I entered was using by some othercilent that using DHCP.
My question is in the NT Server, DHCP Manger, scope properties I have Started:162.79.61.194 End: 162.79.61.220.
Can I increases the End to 162.79.61.255?

But the server is 162.79.61.222, will their be any conflict?

Those DHCP Clients, each time they logon to Network, will the server provides different IP address to them, other than the one that they used for last logon?
