Dial-in login script

We have 1 NT server(Dial-in,internet and email) and 1 Netware 4.x for file & print. When our outside users dial in to the NT server, the netware login script runs, mapping the network drives. The last few laptops we’ve gotten have XP Pro, and upon dial-in, the script does not run, although it does when logging on in the office. The network is browsable, but no drive mappings. any clue as to what I’m doing wrong?
