Dial Out and Dial In doesn’t work togeth

I am using Lotus Notes Server on the NT Server (4) that uses dialup for replication (using COM1). If any user logs on to my server to access internet (using RAS, i have 128k bandwidth connectivity to ISP) he cannot access internet if the modem is dialing for replication.

If anybody can help me, I will be very thankful.
