Dial-Up Connection

I can’t connect on internet from my new Juno Account. (This account works fine with win98 on my other computer and conects to ISP instantly. I made a new Connection, even installed Juno’s software but its unable to connect and gives the message. Error something, line busy redialing in ….sec. please guide me to make an easy dial up connection.
