Dial-up Connection

My Windows 2000 Clients are having problems dialing into the network. Most times they connect successfully, but are unable to connect to the Exchange Server running on Windows NT Server-error-“Server Unavailable” I could ping the server’s IP address, but not the host name. I also noticed when I did ipconfig /all, that my machine IP address, was also set as the default gateway, which is not the case when I’m directly connected to the network.

I’d appreciate any help or hint as to what to doto resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
