Dial up connetion from ME to NT server

Hello:

I have 4 sales people that work out of the office 3 times a week, they have Windows ME loaded in their laptop. They need to connect to the server which is running Windows NT 4.0 via dial up connection, this server has SP6 installedand the clients have permission to dial in to the server and No call back it’s set on the RAS server.The protocol is PPP and no encryption is in use at this point. Once they are connected to the server and go thru the authentication process, the connection drop 3 seconds latter. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong. I know any of you know the answer, please help me.
